4 years agoMiami Heat shooting guard Max Strus went for a season-high 21 points while also going 5-for-8 from deep in 25 minutes off the bench during Thursday's win over the Rockets. With several guards out for Miami, the first-year player really stepped up and now has at least 19 points in two of the past four games. He's still not fantasy relevant considering his small sample size, small role and the fact that he's only averaging 5.9 points per game this season. Nevertheless, Strus is worth monitoring. It's worth noting that he faces a tough challenge on Saturday against a Jazz team with a top-three defense.--Rishi Patel - RotoBaller
