2 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard Patrick Beverley is reportedly on Miami's radar heading into the summer. The veteran had a fantastic year in Minnesota last season, averaging 9.2 points, 4.6 assists, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.2 steals, and was instrumental in helping the club advance to the postseason. Yet, with Tim Connelly now Minnesota's new president of basketball operations, moving on from Beverley may be on the horizon. The 33-year-old currently has one-year remaining on his current deal and is due to receive $13 million in 2022-23. He isn't the best shooter or scorer on the planet, negatively impacting category managers over the years. However, his defensive tenacity makes up for it to some degree.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
