4 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Michael Kopech said on Saturday that he feels "relieved" and that his arm is feeling as good as it has in a long time. Kopech, 24, is a former top prospect and hasn't pitched competitively since undergoing Tommy John surgery in 2018 and opting out of last season. Kopech is expected to have a role in the White Sox rotation, but there is a good chance that his innings could be limited this upcoming campaign. There is also the possibility that Kopech could see action out of the bullpen to limit the mileage on his arm. Kopech can hit 100 MPH on the radar and will help managers in the strikeout department. The right-hander will be worth monitoring this spring and makes for a nice late-round option in upcoming drafts.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
