Michael Kopech Throws Six No-Hit Innings
2 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Michael Kopech was in a groove during Friday's game against the Detroit Tigers. The young right-hander went six innings, allowing no hits, and struck out 11 batters. Sadly, the White Sox decided to pull Kopech after throwing 85 pitches in this contest. Luckily, the bullpen didn't blow this contest and the White Sox held on for Kopech. He'll carry a 3.18 ERA and 1.18 WHIP into his next start against the Houston Astros. Fantasy managers should expect the strong Astros lineup to put up a much better fight than the Tigers did on Friday.
