4 years agoDetroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera (calf) left Tuesday's game early with right calf tightness and is being considered day-to-day, according to Jason Beck of MLB.com. Cabrera was removed from the game in the top of the fifth inning, with Jonathan Schoop moving from second base to first base and Isaac Paredes entering the game to man second base. Schoop could see more time at first base for however long Cabrera is out, but Cabrera's absence shouldn't affect too many fantasy managers, as he is only slashing .220/.286/.320 with five homers, 28 RBI and 19 runs scored in 53 games this year.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
