2 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (back) is expected to return to the starting lineup on Friday against the Los Angeles Dodgers for the start of the Freeway Series, according to manager Phil Nevin. Trout was removed from the game early on Tuesday due to back spasms, and he hasn't played since. It isn't a serious concern, though, so fantasy managers should have the 30-year-old superstar for the weekend series against the Dodgers to close out the first half of the season. Jo Adell, who was recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake, is starting his second game in a row on Thursday against the Houston Astros with Trout still out.
