5 years agoMinnesota Twins catcher Mitch Garver hit 1-for-4 in Sunday afternoon's 12-2 win over the Detroit Tigers. Garver got the Twins onslaught started with an RBI double in the first inning, and he also came around to score a run. Garver also walked twice in the contest. The Twins catcher is slashing an impressive .317/.410/.693 with 10 homers, 25 RBI, and 24 runs scored over just 101 at-bats. Additionally, Garver has five RBI, two doubles, and a home run over his last three games. Garver is proving to be a great source of power, batting average, and on-base percentage at fantasy baseball's most-shallow position, and owners should continue to start him in all formats.--Kyle Ringstad - RotoBaller
