Mo Bamba Grabs A Double-Double
3 years agoOrlando Magic forward/center Mo Bamba posted a double-double in Friday's heavy loss to the Knicks, going for 15 points on 6-for-9 shooting and grabbing 10 rebounds. Wendell Carter Jr. also had a double-double night alongside him in the starting five, recording 10 points and 11 rebounds. Bamba went 3-for-5 with the three-ball and picked up two blocks and one steal on the defensive end. The former sixth-overall pick has bags full of potential and it looks like we'll finally see him realize it in 2021-22, with the 23-year-old having kicked off the season as a starter. Bamba gets a nice four-game slate next week but has to battle with the Knicks first again as the two meet up at Madison Square Garden on Sunday.
