5 years agoLos Angeles Clippers power forward/center Montrezl Harrell had the best scoring performance of his career during Sunday’s win over the New York Knicks, shooting 13-for-21 off the bench en route to a career-best 34-point night. Without Kawhi Leonard in the mix, Harrell saw an uptick in usage, compiling at least 20 shot attempts for the fifth time this season. His scoring was boosted by 36 minutes of playing time, his most in an outing since Nov. 14. In addition to the points, he snagged six rebounds and three assists to polish off an elite performance. He will have four days off before facing a favorable matchup versus the Warriors on Friday.--Jesse Borek
