6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers power forward/center Montrezl Harrell saw 36 minutes of time on the floor during Saturday’s victory over the Detroit Pistons, setting a new career high. Harrell has been utilized as a high-energy weapon off the bench for head coach Doc Rivers, but he was vital to the largest comeback victory (25 points) in franchise history and remained on the court. Harrell finished with 16 points and seven rebounds, which essentially are where his season averages sit. He’ll have little time to rest, squaring off with the Toronto Raptors on Sunday, whom he has averaged 12.7 points per game against in six career contests coming off the pine.--Jesse Borek
