4 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Senzel was pinch hit for in the third inning after a collision with the wall earlier in the game, according to Bobby Nightengale of the Cincinnati Enquirer. Nightengale reports that Senzel hit the wall trying to chase down a ball in the bottom of the first inning, but he remained in the game until the third inning when he was replaced by pinch-hitter Shogo Akiyama. There's no word on why he exited early, but given his injury history it's not surprising the team would be more likely to pull him if he wasn't 100 percent.
