6 years agoCharlotte Hornets shooting guard/small forward Nicolas Batum scored 14 points during Sunday’s loss to the Atlanta Hawks, pitching in five assists and four rebounds across his 28 minutes. He remains at best the third scoring option for Charlotte, meaning that he’ll need to contribute across other categories, something he has traditionally done throughout his career, although owners are waiting for him to find his rhythm. He went 0-for-2 from deep Sunday, marking just the third time all season he has failed to make a three-point bucket in a contest.--Jesse Borek
