4 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic ended a mini-slump with a game-high 41 points in Tuesday's 111-106 victory over Portland, shooting 17-for-32 from the field and 4-for-4 at the line. He made half of his six attempts from deep and added five rebounds, five assists, and one steal with zero turnovers in 38 minutes. Jokic had managed only 31 total points in his previous two appearances. The Blazers have struggled against opposing bigs all season, so it was always going to be a great matchup for the Joker. The next one against Washington isn't bad either, as the Wizards owns the sixth-worst defensive record in the league against opposing centers.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
