4 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic narrowly missed out on a triple-double in an overtime win over the Bulls. Jokic scored 34 points with 15 rebounds, nine assists, two triples, two steals, and a block in 42 minutes. It's yet another impressive outing for the MVP candidate, who only had one turnover despite having the ball in his hands for much of the contest. Jokic has upped his scoring average a bit in March, as he has four games with 30-plus points, helping to lead Denver to an 8-1 record this month. He'll get a day off before Sunday's contest with the Pelicans, which has been a tough matchup for centers. Jokic has more than earned the benefit of the doubt, though.--Tim Capurso
