5 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic had a quiet offensive night in Tuesday's matchup with the Pistons, but he ramped it up defensively by recording a season-high four steals. He finished with 16 points on 5-for-8 shooting, adding five rebounds and four assists. The Nuggets were in complete control right from the start, so Jokic ended up playing just 28 minutes. As a result, Jokic should be fully fresh for Friday's big battle with the Clippers. They don't defend bigs very well, so Jokic should be set for a productive night.
