3 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic was hunting for another triple-double on Monday against Washington, but he saw it slip away when the reigning MVP was ejected in the middle of the fourth quarter. He received two technicals for reacting badly to officiating. The Joker tied his season high with 19 rebounds and had a game-high 28 points with nine assists. He shot 9-for-14 from the field and went 9-for-11 at the line while sinking one of his two triples. Jokic's big line included three steals and one block in 31 minutes.
