6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward Nikola Mirotic appears on track to make his return to the floor Wednesday versus the Cleveland Cavaliers. He has missed his team’s previous 12 games, last suiting up on Dec. 10. While it’s expected that he’ll remain on a minutes limit of around 20 minutes if he does play, it’s a welcome return for owners who missed a player in the midst of averaging career highs in points (17.4) and rebounds (9.2) per game. Julius Randle could be looking at seeing his workload slightly reduced moving forward with Mirotic back in the fold.--Jesse Borek
