7 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward Nikola Mirotic put up a massive line against the Phoenix Suns in a 19-point win. Mirotic erupted for 31 points on 11-of-25 from the field and 5-of-11 from behind the arc to go along with 16 rebounds with five coming at the offensive end. He also chipped in two assists, a block and was a perfect 5-of-5 from the charity stripe. This is the best line Mirotic has put up since being dealt to the Pelicans and in his last two games is smoking hot averaging 28.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, 4.0 makes from deep and a block in each of those contests. Mirotic will have a bigger challenge Saturday against the Golden State Warriors.--Gianni Costantiello
