7 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward Nikola Mirotic played very well Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Mirotic scored 20 points shooting 8-for-13 from the field with 4 of those made shots coming from deep. Additionally, Mirotic had seven rebounds and three assists. The previous 10 games have been difficult for Mirotic who has shot 29.2 percent from the floor and averaged just 8.2 points per outing. The Pelicans and Mirotic will be playing the Oklahoma City Thunder next on Sunday. The Thunder give up the eighth fewest points per game in the league so Mirotic may have a less than stellar performance on Sunday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
