7 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward Nikola Mirotic picked up his fifth double-double since being acquired from Chicago, scoring 16 points and grabbing 10 rebounds on Sunday in a 108-89 win over Boston. Mirotic actually had his third straight game with below-average shooting, as he went 4-for-12 from the field, but he sank seven of nine free throws, which helped him into double figures. He also had three steals and two blocks in 23 minutes off the bench, so overall it was a good outing. Another one could be on the horizon for him on Tuesday, as New Orleans faces the Mavs, who allowed Mirotic to score 24 points in 31 minutes on March 4.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
