5 years agoOrlando Magic center Nikola Vucevic played 37 minutes during Monday’s victory over the Sacramento Kings, his highest minutes total since returning from a significant ankle sprain just over a month ago. Vucevic feasted on the Kings’ thin frontcourt to the tune of a 26-point effort, adding 15 rebounds, three blocked shots, two made threes and two assists. With multiple Magic players down to injury, the shot attempts and bump in offensive usage that Vucevic has seen is likely to continue Wednesday against the Lakers.--Jesse Borek
