6 years agoOrlando Magic center Nikola Vucevic finished with nearly a point per minute during Monday’s win over the Philadelphia 76ers, pouring in 28 points, 11 rebounds and four assists across his 29 minutes of action. The Magic’s All-Star big man got back into the double-double column after his four-rebound outing his last time out, giving him a double-double in nine of his last 10 contests. Having needed such little court time Monday, Vucevic should be well-rested for Tuesday’s match-up with the Miami Heat, which will be critical to Orlando’s chase for a playoff spot. Expect him to see an increased role in what could be the Magic’s biggest game of the year to date.--Jesse Borek
