6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Nomar Mazara hit a home run in his return to lineup following his thumb injury. This was Mazara's 16th home run of the season, but this one takes on additional importance. Coming back off a thumb injury can often be tough for hitters, especially when it comes to their power. The fact that Mazara was able to homer in his first game back sets him up nicely for the final weeks of the season. If Mazra was dropped in your leagues then it is worth adding him, especially if you are looking for an outfield boost heading into fantasy playoffs.--Ben Rolfe
