6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Nomar Mazara (thumb) will head to Triple-A to begin his rehab assignment Thursday. Mazara could potentially come off the disabled list in the next week. This is great news for Mazara fantasy owners, as it was not long ago that it looked possible he could be in for a lengthy absence. Mazara only needs six more home runs to beat his career best of 20. When Mazara returns he should be able to go straight back into fantasy lineup, especially if he shows some power on the rehab assignment.--Ben Rolfe
