5 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard/small forward Norman Powell had his lowest point total (16) on Friday since returning from injury back on Jan. 11. Powell connected on 6-for-11 shooting from the floor and added just two rebounds with three assists while adding a single steal in 25 minutes. Powell had a run of five straight 20-plus point games, but over his last two outings he has managed to average just 17.0 points. Powell looks to be a lock to have minutes in the high 20's, and even with a healthy Raptors roster, Powell should be owned in 10-team leagues or deeper until he cools off, if he ever does.--Gianni Costantiello
