5 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard/small forward Norman Powell just can't seem to catch a break as he exited Monday's game against the Jazz just two minutes into the contest with an ankle injury. Powell collided with teammate OG Anunoby and was helped back to the locker room. Powell had been on a tear as of late and was named Eastern Conference Player Of The Week after averaging 31.3 points last week. The Raptors do not play again until Saturday, so owners can hope that Powell's injury is not too serious. If he does miss some time, the minutes could go directly to Fred Vanvleet (shoulder) who could return for Saturday's tilt against the Pistons.--Gianni Costantiello
