6 years agoMemphis Grizzlies small forward Omri Casspi will be undergoing surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee, the club announced Friday. There has been no timetable provided for when the 10-year NBA veteran may return, but it’s another blow to a Memphis club that has already lost Dillon Brooks for the season. Bruno Caboclo has absorbed Casspi’s minutes over the last handful of games, although Memphis’ minutes distribution could vary widely once they decide who will still be with the franchise after the Trade Deadline.--Jesse Borek
