6 years agoThe Orlando Magic have selected Texas center Mohamed Bamba with the No. 6 pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. Bamba, who set a record for the largest wingspan ever recorded at the NBA Combine, averaged 12.9 points and 10.5 rebounds in his one season as a Longhorn while also blocking 3.7 shots per game. Bamba has been trying to re-work his shot before the draft after showing some ability to step out and hit jumpers, but so much of his value will depend on how that shot translates in a live NBA game. He'll be a stellar defender for the Magic, but he might have the highest bust potential of all the big men selected in the top 10.
