Otto Porter Jr. Going To The Bay Area
3 years agoForward Otto Porter Jr. is heading to Golden State after agreeing to a deal with the Warriors, and he will land a veteran's minimum salary when the free agency moratorium ends on August 6. After averaging 14.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, and shooting 44.1 percent from deep in Washington during the 2017-18 campaign, the 10-year professional has been plagued by injuries ever since, most recently appearing in only three games last season in Orlando. Although managers should be naturally apprehensive about selecting Porter during upcoming fantasy drafts, his upside is higher than most, as long as he can remain healthy. However, it's not as high as in previous years due to a probable bench role in addition to playing alongside Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
