Pascal Siakam Needs 22 Shots To Conjure Up 24 Points
5 years agoToronto Raptors power forward Pascal Siakam was highly inefficient on Thursday night against the Houston Rockets. Siakam shot 9-for-22 from the field and 2-for 8 from three. Those 22 shots only resulted in 24 points, which is still good for counting categories, but not so great for the ratios. On the season, he is shooting a respectable 46.7 percent, but fantasy managers would love to see him get back to the 54.9 percent that he was shooting last season. He has more defensive attention on him without Kawhi Leonard in town, but hopefully, he can learn to adjust and shoot a little more efficiently over the next 75 percent of his games throughout the rest of the season. Siakam and the Raptors have a massive showdown on Sunday against the Philadelphia 76ers, and Siakam will need to have a better shooting night than he did on Thursday if he wants to help his team grab the win.
