4 years agoPatrick Reed will make his first start of the 2020-2021 season at Winged Foot this week. Reed is coming off a strong 2019-2020 campaign, finishing with one win, a runner-up and eight top-10's in 20 starts. Reed struggled to hit fairways last season, ranking 156th in driving accuracy. Hitting fairways is important this week, because hitting the green in regulation from the rough will be extremely difficult. One encouraging sign for Reed is that he ranked 21st in scrambling last season, so he showed that he is adept at making par even when he misses the green. He has a fair DFS price of $8,500 this week.--Connor Wege
