3 years agoPatrick Reed has kind of been the opposite of most of the top golfers lately. He has started slowly in tournaments before coming on either on Saturday or Sunday. Last week, Reed was okay until Sunday when he fired off a 67 to backdoor himself into a tie for 19th result at the US Open. Reed did this at The Memorial too where he shot 69-69 to nab a top-five finish. This has just been a recurring pattern for the last three months or so. It seems Reed misses putts early in tournaments that he makes later. Watch to see how he does Thursday at the Travelers. He may just surprise everyone come Sunday. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
