Patty Mills Heading Back To Brooklyn
2 years agoFree-agent guard Patty Mills agreed to a two-year, $14.5 million deal to return to Brooklyn on Thursday night. The 33-year-old was a pivotal piece of the Nets' rotation last season, primarily with Kyrie Irving out for most of it, averaging 11.4 points and 2.3 assists while shooting 40.0% from deep. With Irving potentially on his way out of Brooklyn, Mills has a chance to carve out a role in the starting lineup. However, even if the veteran doesn't start, he should continue to get a consistent workload this season, so he'll at least have some streaming value for fantasy managers from time to time.
