6 years agoOklahoma City Thunder small forward Paul George finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds against the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday, delivering him his first double-double since Christmas Day. He was able to reach that mark despite a 5-for-17 shooting performance, which resulted in his first sub-20-point game since Dec. 7. Ultimately, credit can be given to the Spurs defensive unit for bottling up George, who gets a chance to start a new streak Tuesday versus the Atlanta Hawks, who are allowing the second-most points per game to opposing small forwards this season.--Jesse Borek
