Paul George Continues To Score In Bunches
6 years agoOklahoma City Thunder small forward Paul George scored 31 points on 11-for-24 shooting from the field, 3-for-6 from beyond the arc and 6-for-6 from the charity stripe in Sunday's loss to the Timberwolves. The 28-year-old added 11 assists, three rebounds, and two steals. He has now pumped in 117 points over his last three contests and has topped the 30-point mark in seven of his previous 10 games. Overall, the ninth-year vet is producing 31.4 points, 9.2 caroms, 4.6 assists and 2.2 steals while shooting an incredible 51.8 percent from the field and 45.7 percent from beyond the arc in December. The 6-foot-9 wing has also produced six of his 12 double-doubles this month. George has a pretty tough matchup against the Rockets, although he did put up 20 points along with 11 rebounds and six assists in the teams last meeting earlier this year.
