7 years agoOklahoma City Thunder small forward Paul George played well Friday night versus the Phoenix Suns. George scored 20 points, shooting 6-for-16 from the field, with three of those makes coming from beyond the arc. In the contest, George also had five rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two steals, which helps in the counting categories. Since the first of February, PG-13 has been doing very well, averaging 26.4 points, six rebounds, 4.6 assists and 2.7 steals per outing -- all three of these stats are above his season averages. Next up for George and the Thunder are the Trail Blazers on Saturday. The Trail Blazers will likely have a combination of Maurice Harkless and Evan Turner guard George. Harkless' and Turner's defensive real plus-minus is 42nd and 48th in the league, respectively, so George should have another solid performance coming up.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
