Paul George Gets To The Free-Throw Line 13 Times
3 years agoIn a 106-92 win over San Antonio, Clippers forward Paul George led his team to score 34 points. In 34 minutes, he also added nine rebounds, four assists, two steals, and two three-pointers. The All-NBA talent only shot 10-for-24 from the field and 2-for-9 from deep, but he got to the line 13 times. In addition, he made 12 of his 13 free throws, and it marks the third time in seven games he drew double-digit freebies. If he can combine that aggression with the shot-making ability, the ceiling is there for PG13 to grab the No. 1 spot in fantasy. He's sixth right now, so managers shouldn't complain, but it does feel like there is room for George to go even higher in the 2021-22 campaign.
