6 years agoOklahoma City Thunder forward Paul George connected on nine of his 23 field-goal attempts to finish with a team-high 27 points across 37 minutes in Tuesday's 108-100 loss at Golden State. He was the focal point of the offense with Russell Westbrook (knee surgery) in street clothes for the opener as he continues to recover from a procedure on his knee. George also chipped in with five assists and four steals while pulling down two rebounds and turning it over five times. He was also able to connect on four of his 12 shots from behind the arc.--Daniel Dobish
