4 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard/forward Paul George finished with a team-high 30 points in 34 minutes of work during the relaunch loss to the Lakers on Thursday. George was accurate on the night, dropping 11 of his 17 field goal attempts while also going 6-for-11 from deep. He also added five boards, three assists, three steals, and picked up right where he left off following a four-month layover due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As the Clippers look to gain momentum heading into the playoffs following the loss, Los Angeles will next take on the Pelicans on Saturday, with George averaging 25.5 points, seven assists, and three rebounds against New Orleans throughout two meetings this season.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
