7 years agoOklahoma City Thunder forward Paul George lit up the Utah Jazz in the series opener. George was smoking hot from deep hitting a Thunder playoff record, eight triples, finishing the night with 36 points with 20 of them coming in the first half. George also added seven rebounds to go along with a steal but did turn the ball over on four occasions. Another negative was that George aggravated a previous hip injury he suffered back on March 13 against the Atlanta Hawks. George is on the injury report for game 2 but he is confident that it will not make him miss any action. Utah really doesn't have answer for George in this series, so we should see George continue to dominate, if his shot continues to fall.--Gianni Costantiello
