Paul George Stuffs The Stat Sheet Against Rockets
5 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Paul George tallied 34 points, nine rebounds, six triples, three assists, two blocks, and two steals in a 122-117 loss to the Houston Rockets. George got off to a bit of a slow start, by his standards, after returning from injury in November. Here's what the red-hot George has averaged in his last four contests: 32.7 PPG, 5.2 RPG, 4.5 3PG, 4.2 APG, and 2.2 SPG on 49.7/45.7/92.8 percent shooting. He has looked very similar to the player who was in MVP discussions for much of last year. George will look to stay hot on Saturday night against the San Antonio Spurs, who have allowed the sixth-most points per game in the NBA.
