5 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Paul George had his best scoring night in a Clippers uniform on Friday. The national spotlight was on and George came to play. He had a season-high 46 points to go with seven assists, five rebounds, and two steals. He has now scored at least 25 points in five of his seven December games and is averaging 27.3 points in 2019's final month. He also took a season-high 31 shots, which is very encouraging for a player returning from offseason shoulder surgery. The Clippers complete their back-to-back with a game against the Chicago Bulls and if PG suits up, fantasy managers should expect him to have a nice finish to his excellent Week 8 of the fantasy basketball season.--Euan Leith
