6 years agoDenver Nuggets power forward Paul Millsap scored 16 of his 25 points in the opening half to help secure the win over the Trail Blazers. Millsap bounced back after putting up just three points on Wednesday and added seven rebounds with two assists and a steal in 30 minutes on this night. Millsap showed his value to his club on this night, and he is going to be needed come the postseason with the Nuggets having very few players with postseason experience. Head coach Michael Malone has said he will play his guys until their playoff spot is set in stone, so expect Millsap to keep going for the time being.--Gianni Costantiello
