2 years agoBoston Celtics point guard Payton Pritchard has been placed in the league's health and safety protocols, ruling him out indefinitely, beginning with Wednesday game vs. San Antonio. Pritchard has played primarily a limited role off the bench for Boston this season, but he saw a drastic uptick in offensive usage during December, as he averaged 10 points and 2.9 assists per contest. With primary point guards Marcus Smart and Dennis Schroder back in action, Pritchard had likely fallen from fantasy relevance in all season-long formats, although his absence opens the door for the duo to see slightly elevated run in their own right.--Jesse Borek
