The price ranger was around $5.2 million, and it would allow the Pelicans to match offers from other clubs when negotiations begin on August 2. The 26-year-old was one of the most effective options in the league off the bench last season, finishing with 9.2 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists. Hart has had issues staying healthy over the years, and he's had some rough nights from a shooting standpoint.
