6 years agoThe Phoenix Suns have selected Arizona center DeAndre Ayton with the first overall pick in the NBA Draft. Ayton averaged 20.1 points and 11.6 rebounds per game during one season with the Wildcats and shot 34.3 percent from deep. There are questions about his defensive abilities, but Ayton should immediately slide into the starting center position for the Suns. He'll be an exceptional offensive talent and has shown an ability to block shots as well, averaging 1.9 per game last year. He'll put up strong fantasy numbers as a rookie as the best front-court option that the Suns will have.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
