P.J. Tucker Has Season-High 22 Points On Wednesday
5 years agoHouston Rockets power forward P.J. Tucker posted a season-high 22 points on Wednesday night in a 129-112 win over the Golden State Warriors. The 22 points were more than Tucker had scored in his previous four games combined, so it was a welcome sign of life for the few managers that own the 34-year-old. The 9-for-14 performance was also a season high in made shots and shot attempts for Tucker. He has provided some value this season in fantasy, but the previous four games of low-scoring output reminded people of his fantasy floor, and that is not a pretty sight. Tucker will look to build on this offensive outburst against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night, but that may depend on whether teammate Eric Gordon can make a healthy return to the lineup after he sat out Wednesday night's contest.
