Quentin Grimes Records 24 Points In Summer League Win
2 years agoNew York Knicks shooting guard/small forward Quentin Grimes dropped a team-high 24 points on an aggressive shooting display during the team's Summer League victory over the Warriors on Friday. Grimes shot 8-for-21 from the floor overall, while going 4-for-14 from deep. Overall, he was New York's offensive catalyst, dishing out eight assists, while grabbing four rebounds and two steals. After playing limited minutes to begin his NBA career, Grimes became a solid second-unit contributor when given opportunities. With multiple moving parts on the wing for the Knicks, an impressive Summer League showing could vault the 22-year-old into a decent minutes allotment to begin 2022-23.
