3 years agoThe Las Vegas Raiders signed former University of Texas-San Antonio running back Sincere McCormick as an undrafted rookie on Wednesday. McCormick set school records last year with 1,479 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns on 298 carries while also catching 22 passes for 184 yards. The Raiders also drafted running backs Zamir White and Brittain Brown, so McCormick will be way down on the depth chart behind Josh Jacobs, Kenyan Drake, Ameer Abdullah and Brandon Bolden. However, of the veterans, only Bolden is under contract beyond this season. McCormick, 21, isn't physically imposing and isn't fast by any means, but he's powerful and has the production to back it up.
