5 years agoOakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden said on Monday that he wants to get running back Josh Jacobs "more involved" in the team's passing attack. The first-round rookie has dominated the backfield in carries, getting nearly 75% of the workload, but has just one catch on three targets through three games. Jacobs sits on the lower end of the RB2 spectrum, so more receptions would obviously boost his fantasy stock with the Raiders likely playing from behind more often than not this season. Whether this expected role comes into fruition remains to be seen, but we can at least count on the 21-year-old to keep running the ball effectively whenever given the opportunity.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
